Our process
Understanding your requirements
We make sure we have a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of your position and what the role will do for your business. This is an imperative requirement to make sure we attract and present people we feel will make a positive impact.
Sourcing candidates
We use a variety of methods to source and attract candidates in the market. We will make sure all methods are exhausted before creating a shortlist of the top candidates to present. Candidates will be sourced from both active and passive candidates in the market and will all be efficiently screened by us.
Presenting CV's
Once our shortlist is determined, we will present the candidates we feel fit the requirements of the role and your business for your viewing. We try to make this process as easy as possible and will make every effort to talk you through the candidates together.
Arranging interviews
We will work with you to arrange suitable times that work around your busy schedule to meet with the top candidates whose CV's stood out to you. We will organise these with the candidates on your behalf as well as arrange potential 2nd or 3rd interviews. We will work with you and the candidates to gather as much feedback as possible before progressing onto the next stage.
Offer, pre & post employment
Once you have decided to make an offer, we will present this to the candidate and complete any pre-employment checks, such as references. We will be in regular contact with the candidate up until their first day as well as regularly checking in throughout their first 6 months.
